Hello, friends.

I’ve been quiet lately. Working on interesting projects in my office—aka hermit writing cave. Headphones on. Music flowing. Coffee brewing. Candles all around.

Writing Projects

I got hired to do a series of writing projects for Hello Seven, one of my all-time favorite clients.

Their mission is to teach women (particularly women of color) how to earn significantly more money and build wealth.

Event

I’m giving a presentation on how to write a book at The Most in Los Angeles.

I’m very introverted and rarely go to events. But for this event, I will joyfully make an exception. It’s going to be luxurious, swanky, and very inspiring. It's happening in April. Perhaps I will see you there?

Client Victories & Congratulations

I love seeing my clients thrive, succeed, and do excellent work in the world.

Karen Arrington is the author of Your Next Level Life: 7 Rules of Power, Confidence, and Opportunity for Black Women in America. I had the honor of working with Karen on this book as her writing coach and editor. This book went on to win the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Instructional Literary Work.

Karen continues to soar. Recently, she and her book were featured in Essence magazine. Congratulations, Karen!

Another client, Rachel Rodgers, was recently featured on BookClub. Watch the interview. It will bring you a jolt of inspiration.

Kayla Floyd enrolled in my book-writing course a few years ago. She has released three books since then. One of her books recently won a Moonbeam Award. Congrats, Kayla! Neat fact: today, Kayla works part-time at my company as a Book Coach. Full circle. We’re blessed to have her on the team.

Celebration

One of my books—The Checklist Book: Set Realistic Goals, Celebrate Tiny Wins, Reduce Stress and Overwhelm, and Feel Calmer Every Day—just turned two years old. Happy book-birthday. She's a toddler.

Secret

I've been working on a secret project which is being released soon.
