Like so many across the
world, I am watching the terrible news about missile strikes, senseless violence, threats made, and lives lost.
When horrific things happen, I feel compelled to "do something" to help—action, momentum—but in this moment, I feel a bit helpless. A very little person in the face of something so big. Maybe you feel the same
way.
But I want to offer something, no matter how small—and here it is.
I hope this music brings a moment of peace to you.
Please take good care of yourself. Call your mom. Hold your kids close. Delete social media or whatever noise is causing you unnecessary distress. Read reputable news sources. Do meaningful work, not busywork. Send that letter you'd been meaning to write. Do that powerful legacy project you keeping putting off until someday later. Today is a gift, tomorrow is never guaranteed, and
there is no time to waste.
My hope: that we raise better men, that we bring more women into leadership, and we leave the world better than we found it.
