I just signed up for a personal training session at my new gym.
They asked: What are your fitness goals?
I wrote: Mental
strength.
That's the truth. I'm already reasonably strong and flexible. I don't want to lose weight. Toned abs? Could be nice. Not really a priority.
What I really want... is a mind that I can rely on. A mind that I can have faith in.
What I really want... is to feel like when I set my mind to a goal, it is a DONE deal.
Like I am NOT going to let myself down.
Mental strength. Conviction. Commitment.
That's what I want.
