Hi there... Do you like eating delicious, healthy food — especially when someone else cooks and you don't have to clean up?
Do you enjoy having time and space to focus on writing projects without any distractions?
Do you like
beautiful scenery? Gazing at the ocean? Quiet bedrooms with soft, comfy pillows? Uplifting conversations? Bouncing ideas around with smart people? Waterfalls? Rainbows? Beaches? Chocolate? Yoga classes? How about massages?
If you enjoy those types of things, then you might want to attend one of my upcoming writing retreats.
I'm leading two retreats this summer: one in Hawaii, and one in Portland, and both have a very small handful
of spots still available. I'll also be a "special guest instructor" at another retreat in London.
You'll find the full schedule of events down below.
If you can attend one of these retreats, hip hip hooray!
If you can't, or don't want to, then simply delete this email and we'll pretend like this never happened. ;)

Urban Curiosity and Savse Smoothies
ABOUT THIS RETREAT:
Modern life is so busy. It
can feel like a never-ending barrage of beeps, pings, texts, emails, and digital stimulation streaming into your brain every hour of the day. Imagine having 4 days to just... stop all the noise. 4 days to slow down, unplug, and reclaim time and headspace for the priorities that truly matter. That's what this retreat is all about.
WHAT'S
INCLUDED:
– 3 nights / 4 days at the hip, swanky Hoxton Hotel. – Delicious meals and an afternoon tea party. – An Aveda spa treatment of your choice. – A guided walking tour of London. – Inspiring classes on a variety of topics, including wellness, time management, work / life balance, painting, and writing. I've been invited to join this retreat as a "special guest
instructor." I'm teaching a workshop on how to write and self-publish a book even if you're not a professional writer, even if you're very busy, and even if you feel a bit intimidated by the process. (It's not an unattainable fantasy. You can do it!)

£1,397.
(That's about $1,747 in US dollars.)

PS. If you're feeling a little sad because you can't attend any of these fun summer events, I recommend that you... blast this music playlist, download a couple inspiring books and podcasts, gather some writing supplies, do a quick yoga routine to wake up your brain, and then... throw yourself a private "retreat-for-one" party in your own home. Enjoy yourself!
