Oh hi...
Today is my birthday! I'm turning 32 years old at 7:11pm Pacific Standard Time tonight.
It has been a glorious day so far. I woke up at 4:30am and cleaned my entire apartment, including mopping the floor with my brand new mop (a
romantic gift from Brandon — haha! He knows me so well. Nothing brings me INTENSE JOY like having a sparkly-clean floor.) After that, I had a fantastic workout, followed by a delicious brunch, and then a visit to the hair salon. Later, I'm going to soak in a hot tub. And then of course... CAKE. Basically: my idea of a perfect day.
Also, guess what? My new novel is here!
It's called SO THIS IS THE END. It's 115 pages long. It's digital (PDF) and you can read it on your phone, tablet, or computer. Also, for the rest of December, it's FREE. Why? Because I said so.

SO THIS IS THE END is a love story with a tiny bit of sci-fi swirled into the mix. The story was inspired by the question,
"If you knew that you only had 24 hours to live, what would you do with that time?" and also, "What if you met the love of your life... on the last day of your life?" I loved writing this novel and I hope you enjoy it, too. Oh, and I should mention, this book is NOT FOR KIDS. It includes some pretty sexy scenes and other grown-up themes. So please don't read this as a bedtime story to your toddler. Thanks.
