Ohhhh boy!
It can be a scary world out there—especially when you're trying to write, make art, run a business, start a movement, or create anything in a public
space.
Sometimes, it feels like you're under constant scrutiny. Like you have to be absolutely "perfect" every single moment. Like you can't afford to make even the tiniest mistake. Not even one piddly little typo. Or it can feel like, "If I say what I really feel, people will attack me. Or hate me. Or they won't understand."
Criticism can hurt so much. One mean blog comment, one negative Amazon review, one less-than-glowing piece of feedback from a client... Gaaaah! It can derail your confidence. It can make you question your talent. It can make you want to give up.
I don't want you to give up on your blog, your book, your
business, or whatever kind of goal or project you're working on right now. Because if you give up, then the bullies and critics win. (Or your "inner critic" wins, and that's not good either.)
This class will be: funny, tender, encouraging, and full of real-life stories (1-star Amazon reviews, horrible blog comments, disgruntled customers) and lots of survival strategies.
You can register here if you want to attend the class while it's happening live. Or you can register, skip the live class, and you'll get a recording later. I hope to see you there! Feel free to forward the registration page along to a friend who might enjoy the class. The more, the merrier.
I hope this class leaves you feeling... a little calmer and
stronger than you felt before.
xo.
