A couple days ago, I opened registration for my next writing-yoga-fitness retreat. It's called MUSCLE & HEART and it's happening on the Big Island of Hawaii in January.
The retreat filled up in less than 24 hours!

The original dates were January 15 - 20, 2018. (That one's full.) The new/additional dates are January 3 - 8, 2018. (That one's not full... yet!). You'll find all the info right here and you can register now.
This is a 5-day, 5-night retreat that takes place at a gorgeous house on the Wailuku River. Waterfall view. Big, spacious and dreamy.
You get writing
classes and personalized coaching with me, plus six additional weeks of writing coaching after the retreat ends to keep the momentum going.
Also... Morning workouts. Nighttime yoga by candlelight. Island activities, like... Swimming with sea
turtles. Hiking around the rim of the volcano. Sunbathing on a black sand beach. Long, unhurried dinner conversations. So much love. So much fun. You'll leave with a full heart and quite possibly, a new friend or two.
