What is a "tiny goal"?
It's a goal that feels simple, refreshing, no big deal. Very small. Very quick to complete. Very tiny. Almost ludicrously
tiny.
It's a goal that makes you feel like, "You know what? I can totally do this. Consider it done."
When I choose a gigantic goal, I feel paralyzed and overwhelmed. I make zero progress because it feels too intimidating to even begin!
But when I choose a tiny goal, I feel energized. I feel capable. I feel competent. I complete my tiny goal and then—just like magic—I feel inspired to keep going. Another tiny goal. Then another. And another. Things start flowing. The
momentum builds. Soon, big things get finished.
Here's a Tiny Goal Worksheet that I made for you.
It's very simple to use.
* Print it out.
* Write down your Big Dream.
* Write down one Tiny Goal that will move you a little closer towards having (or: achieving, experiencing, being, living) that Big Dream.
* Complete your Tiny Goal of the Day.
* Complete an Extra Credit Goal if you want. Or not.
* Feel victorious! Yes! Things are in motion! You are doing this!
* Tomorrow, choose another Tiny Goal. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going.

PPS. If you want to laugh
REALLY LOUD (like, LOL for REAL), please watch this video. I was Googling "Primal Scream Therapy" (you know, as you do...) and somehow I stumbled across that video and it's just so hysterical, bizarre, and wonderful.
PPPPS. TODAY IS NOT OVER YET! Even if it's 11:32pm at night when you're seeing this message, there's still time to end your day on a positive note. There's still time to do something that leaves you feeling calm, strong, and accomplished. Choose one tiny goal and do it. Even if your day has been a wild tsunami of liquid garbage up until this very moment... there's still time to
turn things around.
