About five years ago, I deactivated all of my social media accounts.
Instagram. Twitter. Facebook. Pinterest. Vine (remember Vine?). Everything. Bye.
I was nervous.
I wondered, "Will I still be able to find clients? Will I lose touch with friends? Will people forget about me? What about my writing—how will readers discover my work if I'm not active on social media?"
Many concerns swirled in my head.
And...many surprising things have happened since then.
If you're curious to hear the whole story, join me today at 1 pm Pacific.
I'm leading a free class that's all about social media.
During this class, I'll share why I quit. How it felt. What has happened since then, both personally and professionally. Plus, a few good questions to consider if you want to change your relationship with social media.
This is a class about social media, but really, it’s a class about being intentional with your time.
The average human lifespan is 39,420,000 minutes, if you're lucky. How do you want to spend your precious life-minutes? On Facebook? Or…doing something else? Let’s discuss.
Here's all the info...

PPS. One of my favorite questions: "If you had just 24 hours to live, what would you want to do with your time?"
