A promise I haven't fulfilled yet.
A decision that needs to be made.
A project that's waiting, half-finished.
Whenever there's "unfinished business" in my life, it weighs on me.
It feels heavy and tight. A grip on my neck. Stones in my gut. Or just a vague feeling of uneasiness. That uncomfortable sense of "things piling up."
It feels so good to make a list of the unfinished business—and just handle it. Loose ends: tied. Clutter: cleared. Brain: soothed.
Once I stop procrastinating and finally dive in, I usually discover, "Huh, that wasn't as awful as I feared it would be," or, "That didn't take as long as I thought it would!" Funny how that works, right?
Do you have some unfinished business you've been putting off? Maybe a personal project, work project, art project, house project, or a long overdue "thank you" letter you've been meaning to send? If so, join me for a class called GET IT DONE! which is happening on Monday, November 18, 2019. A few days from now. This class is completely and
totally free. All ages, all genders, all humans: welcome. Come one, come all.
Have a beautiful weekend! And maaaaybe I'll see you in a few days!

PPPS. Have you ever sprinkled blue cheese + honey + butter + spicy chili flakes on a roasted sweet potato that's piping hot, right outta the oven? Try it. Thank me later.
PPPPS. Happy birthday to my mom, aka the coolest woman on planet earth! Her b-day was this week! Mom: you inspire me to dream big and work hard—but always put health, family, friends, love, and relationships first. I love you so much. <3
PPPPPS. Sometimes, breathing deeply and doing absolutely nothing is the best thing to put on your checklist for today. <3
PPPPPPPS. I don't know who needs to hear this right now, but...Hey. I know you've got a BIG LIST of goals that you want to accomplish. And that's amazing. And also, not everything needs to get accomplished in 2019. Or 2020. Or even 2021. You can take your time and space things out. There is no rush.
