My secret bulletin board.

I have a special bulletin board in my office.

Whenever I get a kind letter in the mail from a client, reader, or someone who has attended one of my courses, I pin it to the board.

And then, when I’m having one of those days when my brain is creaking and tired, or when the world feels very chaotic and heavy, I look at the board.

And I remember why I started my company, almost 11 years ago.

And I remember how good it feels to create something, put your whole heart in it, and share it with the world.

And I remember that if my work helps even just one person to have a better day, then that is a big deal. Helping one person is always a big deal.
