Topics that will be discussed:
- Taking care of customers while also taking care of yourself.
- Anxiety about doing or saying “the wrong thing” in a business landscape that can feel very tense, heated, and quick to judge.
- Why you need daily mental health hygiene—just like daily physical hygiene—and what a daily mental health plan can look like.
- How to make sure your business team/employees are healthy and thriving, and how you can lead by example.
- Where to find mental health support if you don’t currently have health insurance or can’t afford it right now—free and low-cost options that you might not be aware of.
Come one and all:
- Open to people of all professions, all genders, all ages, and all faiths.
- Join us online from anywhere in the world.
- Sign up to watch live or watch the recording later.
- Our goal is to help you feel less alone, share helpful ideas to get you feeling better, and normalize conversations about mental health.

. . .
This will be a very special experience.
In the meantime, please take good care of yourself. Drink water. Exhale deeply. Pet the dog. Take a break from your inbox. Turn off your phone for a bit. Treat yourself like you would treat a child, a dear friend, someone that you love very much.
Do things that make you feel powerful.
-Alex
PS. Feel free to invite your friends, family, clients, or colleagues to attend this Panel Event. They can go here to see all the info.
PPPS. After 1 year and 4 months of not being to perform live music in front of an audience (due to the pandemic), my brother did his first jazz concert a few days ago. Even after the hardest time, beautiful things can bloom again. Flowers pushing through the cracks in the concrete. There is hope.
